Canadian Premiere of Muppets Most Wanted

Canadian Premiere of Muppets Most Wanted

Subway Muppets

We were invited by Subway to the Canadian Premiere of  Disney’s Muppets Most Wanted! We have been preparing for this day with so much anticipation. My children couldn’t contain their excitement as they were jumping up and down their way to the movie theater.

Muppets Most Wanted is a pure pleasure to watch. It was very entertaining for all of us, kids and grown ups included.

After being mistaken for a dangerous look-alike frog, Kermit gets imprisoned in a Siberian gulag. Tina Fey is so hilarious in her role of  Nadya, a prison guard.  It is a colorful movie filled with adventures and beautiful lessons for children to learn. My favorite part is when Celine Dion makes an appearance as Piggy’s Fairy Godmother.  The songs are beautiful and features music from Academy Award-winning songwriter Bret McKenzie. Also keep your eyes open for Lady Gaga!

Muppets  Most Wanted will for sure attract the attention of a brand new generation of viewers.

Muppets Most Wanted opens in theatres March 21, 2014!

A new Pixar short movie with the Monsters University characters preceded the film.

About

Disney’s “Muppets Most Wanted” takes the entire Muppets gang on a global tour, selling out grand theaters in some of Europe’s most exciting destinations, including Berlin, Madrid and London. But mayhem follows the Muppets overseas, as they find themselves unwittingly entangled in an international crime caper headed by Constantine—the World’s Number One Criminal and a dead ringer for Kermit—and his dastardly sidekick Dominic, aka Number Two, portrayed by Ricky Gervais. The film stars Tina Fey as Nadya, a feisty prison guard, and Ty Burrell as Interpol agent Jean Pierre Napoleon. Disney’s “Muppets Most Wanted” is directed by James Bobin and produced by David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman. Bobin co-wrote the screenplay with Nicholas Stoller, who is also executive producer with John G. Scotti. Featuring music from Academy Award®-winning songwriter Bret McKenzie, “Muppets Most Wanted” hits the big screen March 21, 2014.

Those bags are adorable!!!!! Think of all the treasures a kid would think of to put in them. It’s funny how a bag can excite a child. I love it. Hope mine never lose their sense of wonder.

I showed my kids a trailer of the movie last night. They are super excited to see it. I will definitely need to take them. I would do anything to see them smile and laugh. Too precious.

I finally got to see this on Saturday. What a cute movie! I loved Tina Fey’s character and all the great cameos at the Gulag. The last Muppet movie was good but I enjoyed this one much more.
