Feel Good Everyday Drink
Winter is usually difficult for everyone. You might feel tired, demotivated and your skin is probably dry and itchy.
By this cold winter day, I wanted to share with you my Feel Good Everyday Drink recipe. This is not about going on a cleanse and detox diet. This is about feeling better by adding extra vitamins, fibers and antioxidants to your diet.
You might not be a fan of this kind of drink, but I would really like you to try it at least once. You can add any fruits or veggies that you like to make the experience easier for you.
These are ingredients you should put in your Feel Good Everyday Drink. You can mix and match and adjust them to your taste. But remember that not everything is about the taste, it’s about nourishment.
Parsley (stimulates your kidney activity to flush out toxins)
Cilantro (removes heavy metals from your body)
Lemon or lemon juice (stabilizes your pH level for a stronger immune system)
Ginger (reduces inflammation and fight symptoms caused by the cold and the flu)
Spinach (will add chlorophyll, vitamins, minerals and proteins)
I also like to add celery, cucumber, kale, apples and beets.
